SunNook is located in a super walkable part of Pacific Beach — just 12 blocks from the ocean (approx. 30min walk) and steps from restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores. You can easily explore the neighborhood on foot, or rent bikes, scooters, or skateboards nearby for a fun, beachy way to get around. 🚗 Driving? You’ll have one off-street parking space, and we’re less than 10 minutes from I-5, which makes day trips to places like SeaWorld (5 min), the Zoo (20 min), La Jolla (15 min), and Downtown (20 min) a breeze. 🚍 Public transit and rideshare (Uber/Lyft) options are also widely available. Bus stop is one block away, and the Trolley is less than 10min drive. A car isn’t necessary to enjoy PB, but it’s nice to have if you plan to explore more of San Diego! This unit was originally a 2-bedroom. During renovations, one bedroom was sealed off and is now accessed separately by a long-term tenant through their own private exterior entrance. Your unit is completely private with no shared interior spaces and only one shared wall. SunNook is located on the ground floor of a triplex, with two other short-term rental units above. The only shared amenity is the onsite laundry, which is shared with those two upper units. The front house (SunHouse) is also a short-term rental but has its own private laundry facilities. While multiple groups may be staying on the property, each unit is fully private with separate entrances, outdoor spaces, and amenities. You won’t need to interact with other guests unless you choose to.
